Un-install the driver in device manager or its software and unplug webcam / download /re-install driver then plug cam back in should do it.

Hi,after formatting your system the driver for your webcam has been deleted which means you have to re-install the drivers for your webcam in order to get it working again.

Make sure you have the latest copy of Directx installed

Launch your logitech toolbar - start your webcam using the Quick Capture menu (2 film frames) with webcam running open Settings menu ( 2 gear wheels) Click on Advanced tab or Owl picture and change the orientation here.

If the video is still distorted - uninstall the software and download again
Close all programs when uninstalling / downloading / Uploading

The drivers for this webcam is not available on the web for free download.You can however download the software from www.drivershq.com and run a scan.Make sure your webcam is conencted to the pc before you run a scan.If it detects your webcam it will give you the software to install in order to get your webcam to work again but you will have to buy it to download the drivers.

go to the webcam maufacturer website and download the latest drivers and software for your camera and install them

1.webcam like other hardware requires drivers for them to function properly,so try to install it properly.

2.check your webcam connection to the laptop.

3.if all of this proof abortive,it might be that the webcam have a hardware problem.test it on a different pc to confirm it status
