LG Television 32lh5000 I have started getting a problem with this TV. When I try to change the volume I press up or down on the remote control and the volume just continues to change without stopping...

Change the batteries in your remote, this is a common issue with batteries that are low on charge.
Also if you find that your TV intermitently changes channels and no one is even touching the remotethis is the same problem.

Lg lcd tv keeps changing chanels

Come on, lets try to solve this. Take the batteries out of the remote so it can't interfere and try changing the channels and volume with the buttons on the tv. If this works then someone has spillled something onto the remote and gummed it all out. You simply need to take the remote apart and clean it out. If the buttons on the tv do th same as the remote did then yes, take it back.

I need the code to do an auto channel search for my lg tv so i can go up and down from channel to channel instead of typing the number to the channel in

Your auto channel search should be in your menu on the TV. Find your menu button on the front of your TV or on the remote.Make sure before you do a auto search you set your TV to cable, that can also be be done through your menu screen. If you can change the channels on the remote and control the volume your remote is already programmed.

LG 42LC7D TV does not want to chg channels after 5 min of use

There are some inductors that are out of spec. LG's original SB said to replace some of these with a jumper, but it only lasted a couple months.

You need to have the Total Main Assy replaced.

Channel keeps changing

It sounds like a stuck button or switch. What happens when you hit the channel DOWN, does it still keep scrolling down?
Is this with or without the remote?
Have you tried it with the remote and or the TV?

Let me know whether you are changing the channels with the remote or the buttons on the tv and I can try to give you a couple more suggestions.
