Panasonic microwave touchpad not working

In this manual it has a symbol for sensor cooking which will display when sensor is in use it looks like a dish with curved lines over it. Not sure if that is what you are talking about

Do you mean a Panasonic 1250W microwave with 'Genius Sensor' technology? If so, you should check the model number on your microwave to find the correct manual.

Panasonic has several models with sensor modes. The manual will usually be on the product page. Search for the model from http://shop.panasonic.com and scroll down to the manuals section. Alternately, go to http://shop.panasonic.com/support , then do the model search. This will automatically go the the Owner's Manual section on the product page.

A manual for the NN-SN933 (and several other models) is here: ftp://ftp.panasonic.com/microwaveoven/om/nn-sn943_nn-sn933_nn-sn743_nn-sn733_en_om.pdf . This is a 2.2 cu. ft. model that was advertised on target.com as a Genius Sensor microwave.

You may have a failed keypad or moisture or grease on the keypad innards or on the control circuit board itself.
