go to facebook.com
click on Forgot your password? Then follow the instructions.

First of all, never use your official mail id as your social networking sign up mail. When you leave the company,you cannot receive your notifications from Facebook since that company mail id would be non-functional then.

Now,Have you forgotten you Password? Then it would be hard unless your old company has not blocked your mail-id. If your pioneeris mail id is still accessible,you can go to your new Facebook account by using 'Forgot Password' link in the main page of Facebook and following the steps detailed there.

Or else, create new account. If you are using the same computer, my guess is Facebook generates suggested friends using your IP or something. I'm not sure here. But when I deleted my FB account just for knowing how it happens and signed up with other mail id, i was surprised to see my old friends coming up in suggestions.

I can realise that connecting with people and explaining them what happened is a painful process,but in future,make sure you create Facebook account with your personal mail id and keep a strong yet easy to remember Password.

I'm going to assume that you are speaking of pics you have received in an email.
If so, you can simply delete the mail. If you want to keep the mail and not the pic(s) you can:
1. Open the mail and click on the "forward" option.
2. When the new mail comes up ready to send, you will have the option to delete the attachment (photo). In Yahoo Mail Classic, it will be beside the thumbnail of the of the pic(s)(just below the subject line), and will have the word "remove" beside it. Click "Remove" It will ask you if you are sure you wish to delete the attachment, click "OK".
3. Address the mail to yourself (you can also change the subject line to read what you wish).
4. Click send.
5. When the new mail arrives without the pic(s) (you may have to refresh the page if it doesn't show up in a moment or two...right click on the open page and click Refresh" or "Reload"), you can delete the old mail and the pic(s).
In newer versions of Yahoo Mail the option tp remove an attachment may be at the bottom or elsewhere on the page.
If this doesn't solve your problem, you "may" be able to comment on this solution and if so I should see it. In your comment give more accurate information regarding the photo (i.e. where it resides, is it in your mailbox, photo sharing in chat, or elsewhere on your pc. Tell how you received the photo and whether or not you viewed it, downloaded it, etc.If you can't comment then repost with more detailed information please.

If you wanted to create another facebook account using a different email address that is fine.

You just need to remove other email addresses associated with your profile.

To delete yahoo account:
1. Sign-in first
2. Click this link

3. Type your password in the box
4. Enter verification code from the image to the box
5. Click Terminate this account.

To delete G-mail account:
1. Sign- in first
2. Click this link and follow instruction

Since you are desparate in getting the old email back, I believe the email address shown above belongs to someone else.
It is easier to get a brand new email address from yahoo or gmail or hotmail. The company's give you email address and they delete it as soon as the employee leaves the company.
So, my suggestion is not to waste time chasing the email address which probably does not exist.
Goto www.gmail.com and signup for a new email address.

there is a deactivate option in facebook which deactivates your account.but your personal information will remain....

1. Try to login your mail site, and reactivate your account! (After 3 months mostly all mail servers deactivates an dead account)

2. Now, try the forgot password page to send mail at your activated account.

3. Check your inbox and reset your password!
