How to do emojis on computer

How to Use Emoji on Your Smartphone or PC
If you use Windows 7, you have to copy and paste, making for a tedious process. If you want to use emoji on Windows 7, you should know that Microsoft's official support for it is an updated version of Segoe UI Font, and as such, will only appear in black and white. Once installed, band as such, will only appear in black and white. Once installed, you can visit this website to see all your emoji on one page. From here you can click and copy emoji and paste them individually into a message or email.
Using emoji is so much easier on Windows 8.1 and Windows 10, with native support built right into the system. To access emoji in Windows 8.x and later, open the touch keyboard by clicking on the symbol on the taskbar.
If this symbol isn't available, right-click on the taskbar and select "Toolbars- Touch Keyboard."
From here, you can access your emoji by clicking the smiley face on the touch keyboard.

How to enable Emoji (emoticons) or other language keyboard on iPhone iTouch or...

This will guide you on how you can add Emoji or other language keyboard on your iDevice without having to jailbreak it nor having to buy an app from the AppStore.

NOTE: You must have iOS version 4.0 or higher to make this possible. Older iOS may or may not have this feature (though I'm not sure of it).

Here are the simple steps:
  1. Go to Settings>General>Keyboard>International Keyboards>72f3141.pngNote: On General screen, you have to scroll down to see Keyboard (it's 3rd or 4th from the bottom)72f3141.png9971221.png d523a3b.png a1235f8.png 0590e95.png72f3141.png72f3141.png
  2. Tap Add New Keyboard...72f3141.png249c884.png72f3141.png72f3141.png
  3. Look for Emoji or the language that you want to add to the keyboard (e.g. Russian), then tap on it72f3141.png095654b.png72f3141.png72f3141.png
  4. You will see it add up to your Keyboards list which means it's ready to use72f3141.pngc0e62a5.png72f3141.png
That's how simple it is.

How do i figure out a emoji question

Emoji are the ideograms or smileys used in Japanese electronic messages and webpages, the use of which is spreading outside Japan. Originally meaning pictograph, the word emoji literally means "picture" (e) + "character" (moji). The characters are used much like ASCII emoticons or kaomoji, but a wider range is provided, and the icons are standardized and built into the handsets. Some emoji are very specific to Japanese culture, such as a bowing (apologizing) businessman, a face wearing a face mask, a white flower used to denote "brilliant homework" or a group of emoji representing popular foods: ramen noodles, dango, onigiri, Japanese curry, and sushi. The three main Japanese operators, NTT DoCoMo, au, and SoftBank Mobile (formerly Vodafone), have each defined their own variants of emoji.
Although originally only available in Japan, some emoji character sets have been incorporated into Unicode, allowing them to be used elsewhere as well. As a result, some phones such as the Windows Phone and the iPhone lines allow access to the symbols without requiring a Japanese carrier. Emoji have also started appearing in emailing services such as Gmail (accessed via Google Labs) in April 2009 and websites such as Flipnote Hatena. Apple's Mac OS X operating system supports emoji as of version 10.7 Lion with the Apple Color Emoji typeface.
