SOURCE: Ice Maker problem
remove the cover on the frount of the icemaker and on the right side of the module there is a little and i mean little white adjusting screw, turn it clockwise 1/2 half of a turn clockwise and this is what adjusts the fill time of the ice maker, you may need to adjest back and forth to get the desired size of cubes but do not go more that one complet turn of the screw to get the size
if you can not get it by doing this then the frount module will ned to be replaced

maybe the waterline leading up to the refrigerator is dirty?

Be sure that the fill tube is getting into the ice maker and that the ice maker is not blocked with ice. If everything seems ok, you may have a leaking water valve which causes it to constantly drip water into the ice maker causing the block of ice.

Hi Joe
That is normal. You will get that dimple because the grid is shaped that way. You can try adjusting the thickness. Hold the up arrow then press the down arrow 3 times, then release the up arrow last. You should see a number 0-5 or 0 to -5. when that happens use the up arrow to 3 then press the light key. This should take it back to ice on the display. Wait 24 hours and check the ice.

You probably need more water pressure going to the frig. check that first.!!
