Likely the thermistor used as a thermal sensor shorted out. Either internally, or to the heat siink.

What is meaning of deffirent modes in remote

The sun symbol is heating, an icicle is cooling, the fan symbol means fan only. A triangle means auto mode, the machine will heat or cool to get the temperature you have selected. Looking at your remote, it is set on 16 degrees cooling. The large fan symbol will mean its on high fan speed.

We have just bought a 1996 Sun Voyager. It was a one owner and well taken care of. The ac comes on and blows cool air but has no force of air behind it. Does anyone know what it could be?

what about the heater. the a/c and heater share the same fan motor. If there is no force in the heater as well it may the the fan is not turning at full speed. should be able to hear the fan as well as feel the air from the ducts. another possibility is a blocked duct way. If you can hear the fan blowing full speed check the duct for obstructions.

The fridge keeps switching on and off non stop. running it off a inverter (eva power) plugged in to 240v. i have also cleaned the fan and radiator of dust

Are you in the United States? If you are, then you are running your fridge on international power settings. United States standard for voltages is 120V, you are running at TWICE that. This is EXTREMELY unsafe and quite harmful to the fridge. Please switch your inverter to 120V.

No they do not have any internal cooling devices. they rely on ventilation alone.
I will suggest that you read up on reviews for this item if you are thinking of buying one.
