Usually this is caused by either crankcase over filled with oil, or head gaskt blown can also cause this. recheck your oil level and go from there

Your description suggests the engine breather is blocked/partially blocked and a pressure is building inside the crankcase - either that or the breather flame/oil mist trap is missing or blocked.

I have a 2012 harley and im getting oil blowing into my air breather how do i find wear its leaking

The oil breather/separation system ends up in the induction pipe throat and the oil mist that does not get eliminated in the breather process is then sucked into the induction system and burnt n the engine. If your oil level is too high or if the breather system is defective this will cause excessive oil to end up in the air cleaner area. If the tubes etc that direct the oil into the induction system throat are missing or defective this would also add to or cause an excessive oil in the breather area problem.

Oil leaking from breather tube on my 1991 harley davison heritage soft tail on first start after four year storage

The engine "sumped", meaning the oil in the oil tank leaked past the check ball in the oil pump and is now in the bottom of the crankcase. Place a pan under the breather tube and run the bike until no more oil comes from the breather. keep an eye on the level in the oil tank. You don't want to run it dry. If you added oil, chances are the dipstick will fly out due to too much oil pressure. When you're done, either change the oil and filter, or add oil to the tank.

1979 briggs and stratton 11 hp how to fix

If it is, as you say, a 1979 or so engine, the crankcase breather could have well worn out. This will cause the oil burning and blowby. Replace the breather as an assembly, they are cheap and available from any Briggs dealer. The leaks are probably loose bolts and/or bad gaskets. You will just have to figure where the leaks are and replace the appropriate gasket. The breather could also cause the leaks so do the breather first then run it for a while to see if it is still leaking
