your pto pump you have a good mower replace pump about 200.00 but think how old is it whats the possiblty with other stuff breaking down you and exspencive mower hard to make desission me i would have pump put on it also slight very slight be bad check valve but dont bet on it yea hold old how exspenssive is it worth it id replace pump my self it would be worth it

motor burned up cant fix dont buy electric by gas powered

there is a parking brake turn it off if that still dont work check your hydrolic lines

i dont know but i got the same problem.

take the carb out remove the folat bowl, float, needle and seat. Blast all the small passages out with compressed air.

put a screwdriver in the cylinder and slowly turn the motor until the screwdriver reaches its upmost position. be extremely careful not to damage the cylinder

U need to specify what engine or Make of lawn mower. IF its Briggs & Stratton Powered there is a tab to bend to raise the rpms. But this actually should be done by a tech with a vibra tac so you dont over wind this engine.

You dont adjust the belt,you adjust the cable that moves the pulley into the belt. There will be a small single bracket close to the engine side of the mower that holds the cable in place. Simply loosen bracket and move cable until pulley contacts belt enough to engage self propel.

It probably needs a good cleaning. Take it off and get a can of chemtool spray (the stuff is awesome) and soak that ****** with it. Then take an air nozzle and blow it all clean,and reinstall.

check the wires from the back of the ignition and also the small wire that connects to the starter, if you get a 12v test light check each wire individually by holding the test light on the wire and have somebody turn the key, the test light should come on if the power is going through the wire.
If there is no power the ignition may need replacing
