have you tried cleaning the printheads ?

There is an option for cleaning head in printer's properties : select this and you will be able to clean printehads for the canon iP2600

i would either burn them to a disk or save them to a usb drive if they are right for you

my printer will not print out anything. it starts to but the paper never enters into the printer, it is almost like it is jamed but it isn't.

The message says there is an error, push resume and try again.. same thing, it starts to push paper thru.. acts like a jam.. same message.. but paper is not jammed

Just for future use, is the printer a Pixma i2600 or an iP2600?

According to the usa.canon.com website, there is a WIN 7 driver available for the Pixma iP2600. So if we are speaking of the same printer, then the answer is yes, Canon does support Win 7 for this printer.

Yes it does reset ink levelsas well as do several other things very well.....highly recomend the program for an ip2600
