Loss of suction between hose and bare floor/carpet sweeper portion

Your machine is plugged up internally.
Here where I live, a city of 1 million, people throw away an average of 20 vacuum cleaners a day because they do not know how to unclog them, or choose not to do so.
You will need to take it all apart for this job.
God bless your efforts.

My vax rapid carpet cleaner no suction filter is fine

If the vacuum is still functioning, the hose is most likely clogged. Disassemble the vax and unclog. Make sure you drain before disassembling. If possible do this outside.

How to unclog a bissell proheat pet carpet cleaner

There are a few at home remedies you can try. White vinegar can be used to disinfect and unclog the cleaner. I would suggest running it through a few times. However if that doesn't work, there are supplies you can buy to unclog the carpet cleaner.

Bissell carpet cleaner does not have suction like it should

Try checking the lint filter. It is located in the top clear plastic section (the one with the dial to switch from floor to tool use) and is on the underside. It is a small (1 inch square) red plastic filter with a door on it. Flip open the door and it is probably clogged with hair, carpet fibre, etc.. Clean it out and you should have full suction once again.

Carpet cleaner will not suction up solution

Check for any cloggs in the hose lines. And make sure the recovery tank is not filled. Close to %95 of carpet cleaners have a shut off float of some sort which will close off the suction to the head of the machine if the water lever gets too high. Also check the shut off float to make sure it is clear of any build up. If the float is clogged, it will keep the suction closed off from the head. If this is the case, clean the float off and it should open the suction path.
