It's probably because you have a unbalanced load. I bet you are hearing the washer banging around. Take a few items out as the most common cause is you filled the washer with too much clothing.

Does it fill when the machine is powered down?
If it does then the fill valve is stuck open and needs replacing
If it does not then you need to check the pressure switch and the air bell on the outer drum which probably has a ball of jellyfied soap in it.
If you take the back off you will see a thin plastic or rubber hose going from the bottom of the drum to a small flying saucer type object.
If you pull the hose off the bottom connection and blow into it you should hear a clicking noise from the pressure switch.
If it clicks then clean out the air bell and refit the hose .
If it does not click then get a new pressure switch
A repairman would test it live but that is not recommended for untrained people

See this Clutch repair post if you want to DIY. Is your Wash tub banging around in Spin Cycle? Do you error out of Spin Cycle with dC or uC error code to the LED Console display? You can check out the TDS but I would go right to the Clutch repair post if the machine shuts down in with a error code dC or uC.
That means the TDS is producing analog voltage swings +3.5VDC to 0VDC to the input of the Control Board Conn_P3 pins 10 and 11. Those DC voltage swings are at the design limit of Wash Tub movement and the Control Board shuts the Spin Cycle down……..so TDS is working as designed.
The machine will make several attempts to redistribute the load before the error code generation failing with dC or uC error codes. Please let us know what error coded you display.
I or other knowledge owners/DIY’ers or repair folks can help you. Please other forum members chime in for support.
Don’t get hung up in Front Strut issues or other WAG’s. Fix the Clutch Malfunction and your FAV6800A will be happy.

most common issue with these is the door lock assy. You need to remove the control panel and check the R11 resistor on the board most likely it will be burnt. This was a common issue a few years back. If the R11 resistor is burnt you need to replace the door lock AND control board or your problem will occur again.
Hope this helps _MJ_

There is 2 possible problems. 1. Pump will make noise as soon as the drain and spin starts. 2. Rear bearing this noise usually starts later in cycle as the drum gets up to final speed. The rear bearing of coarse is the most expensive of the two as it is part of the outer tub.
