Strip and clean the carb then try it again it has no doubt been sitting a long while and has corrosion and sediment in the carb blocking it up ,if you pull the choke as you rev it it will rev with the choke on ,dirty carb

Not sure if your model has two throttles or one. It should have a trigger and a thumb lever. Be sure the thumb lever is closed. if that is not the problem your mixer might be to rich. it says 50:1, but use 40:1 and see if that helps

Sounds like you need to clean the carb. Buy some carb cleaner and remove the lines to the carb and gently spray cleaner into each of the holes. Reconnect the lines.

Ryobi gas blower idles fine when i push the throttle it stalls

some carbs are not adjustable,check your air filter first to make sure its not rescricted and also a new plug,make sure your fuel is fresh,now if you do have adjusting screws,most have plastic caps on them with preset adjustments locked in,you will have to remove these caps to adjust,they need not be reinstalled,Hope this helps
