I installed Cubase 4.0.1 but it stalls with a report that it can't find SYNOACC.DLL
Try to reinstall the applications responsible for the error:
-- It may happen that any program is responsible for the error as one of the main causes is software malfunction. So, reinstall the program by following the below steps:
-- Go to Start-> Control Panel->Add/ Remove Programs -> choose the program that needs to be reinstalled from a given list and click on Uninstall button.
-- Then after, restart the PC in order to refresh the system setting and make a fresh installation of the program.
Replace the Synsoacc.dll existing on the system:
In case of file corruption, you need to replace the file with new one as it can help you in the error resolution. To do this, follow the below steps:
-- At first, connect online and download a fresh file to save in the computer's memory
-- Browse to c:\Windows\System32 to find the existing file on your PC and rename it to synsoaccBACKUP.dll.
-- Now go to Start-Run and type cmd to open the command prompt.
-- There type the command regsvr32 synsoacc.dll to finally replace the file.
This software is to old and not Windows 7 compatible.
