My printer won't print. I put new cartridges in and it still won't print. It just puts out a blank piece of paper. Can you help me?
I had the same problem and call Kodak and they gave me a new printer head and new ink works great hope this helps.
The Kodak printhead is known to dry out. You can call kodak customer
service and complain your printhead is failling explain you have run
the printhead cleaning many times waisting your ink. They should ship
you a new printhead and free inktanks.

I
have found lysol hand wipes to work wonders on the kodak printhead. I
have an ESP 5 and I have wiped the printhead with a lysol hand wipe
many times and it works like new. Here is a link to the product.

To wipe the printhead follow these instuctions.
remove
the printhead from the printer. put the tanks back into the printhead.
Be very carefull not to drop the printhead and do not put the printhead
on a table with the nozzle plate down (where the ink comes out). take
the hand wipe fold it a couple times. Gently wipe the printhead nozzel
plate in the direction of the lines on the nozzle plate do not do a
circular motion or wipe against the grain. you may not even have to use
a wiping motion. you can just place the wipe on the nozzles and let the
printhead soak. this will clear up dried up ink and unclog the nozzles.
put the printhead back into the printer run one printhead clean once to purge the ink and try to print.

I just put in new catridges, the ink level shows as full but it prints blank sheets or sheets where the ink fades about 1 or 2 inches down the page. I've cleaned the print head and re-calibrated it several times. The pink and yellow don't print on the calibration sheet, only black and blue.

I'm having the same problem as kathygillig. I've recalibrated several times, installed new cartridges, etc. etc. But the black still will not print at all. Anyone have any idea what can be done?
Despite putting new black and colour ink cartridges in and telling me they are full - red light of colour ink cartridge keeps flashing - not been able to print for weeks now! very frustating - may buy a new printer head as running out of ideas
The printer sounds like it is printing, but nothing actually prints.
After several attempt at cleaning the print head, I installed a new one. The damn thing still won't print!

Hiya- I've got the same problem
When my Kodak 5100 AiO prints anything with black in it, I end up seeing lines on the black- I hate this. any solutions, cos I kept on emailing them and all they gave me is the deep-cleaning method, which didn't help at all?
I have changed my ink several times, and one the cleaning process too and the print works when it feels like it. I have to say this has been the worst printer I have ever had.
It will print colored documents and copy documents but sends a blank sheet of paper for black and white docs
