sounds like a loose connection either going to the main control board or a break in your power cord or the main harness has a fault in one of the connection locations to the main control the control is located under the upper control area this is also the schematic for your machine showing how to access the control area http://c.searspartsdirect.com/lis_png/PLDM/K0810327-00001.png this repair will require you to break out the multimeter if you are unable to visually see any misconnection I await your reply for any further questions Thanks Rick
p.s there is also a relay located on the power board and if you dont find any issue with the wiring it may just be the relay that is hooked on to the main control board as well. I await your reply

You may have an outlet issue. Try plugging into a different outlet. Use an extension cord if necessary.

There is likely a loose connection between the line interference filter and the power plug or the main control board and the
line interference filter. Unplug the machine then remove the screws securing the top panel or top panel bracket to the rear of the machine cabinet and slide the panel rearward and off. Check the connections in those areas mentioned and make they are all snug fit. You need to take the main control board cover off to access the connections.
Another possible reason is a broken power cord particularly near the plug. With the machine plugged in, measure the voltage right at the line interference filter terminals. The power cord is indeed broken and needs replacing if there's an intermittent voltage at the line filter terminals. The main control board has a LED power indicator that turns on when the machine is plugged in. The problem is in the main control board if there's always a voltage coming to it but the turns on intermittently.
Please indicate explicitly the exact model number of the machine should you need further advice. You
