I would open the back and check that the belt that helps it spin hasn,t dislodged or come loose

It is most likely the way the bowl and lid are set.

Facing the machine:
the bowl locks in, with the handle to your right directly above the switches. The lid has a double tab...see underside of the top of the lid. Place the lid on tightly with both tabs locked into bowls handle. It really clicks in.
