Those things need a lot of weight in them to keep them stable, did you have it installed by the service dept or drivers where you bought it? They should have balanced it and leveled it as well as put the weight in there ,check where you bought it if new and if not see what the recommended weight is from one of the retailers where you bought it and have them find out. Not good for the washer to be run like that.
If you only have one coat in there, that is a problem. It will notice the unbalanced load and shut the spin down and try to redistribute the load. Try adding a few wet towels to offset the weight of the coat. This will likely take care of the problem.
I
purchased a Whirpool duel washing machine Aug 05. In June of 08 it
showed an F11 error. After factory repair service tech. looked at it he
said that i needed a main motor at a cost of $400.00 After search on
internet many people reported problems also and decided not to repair
it. Has any one had problems with theirs?Ihave the same problem is there any solution????please help
have you replaced the motor control. i had this happen 1 year ago and had to have it replaced. i am having the same problem and have done some testing but have not found anything else. you can buy this part from whirpool for about $160 delivered to your home. this is exactly how it acted the 1st time it went out. some loads would spin out great and the next load would be wet.
Check if there looks like black powder under machine
This would be the coupling falling a part
It is worth fixing and not to hard
The part is under $10
