Re: Outside of freezer is hot
HI thanks for the question. the heat around the cabinet and doors is normal . the heat prevents moisture from hitting a cold surface, and turning to water , which would cause water to run down the sides, rusting the hinges. thanks the appliance doc. please rate my answer. thanks.
The refridgerator and freezer work fine. The edge closest to the door on refridgerator cabinet is hot in the middle on the top and sides. I have cleaned the coils under the refridgerator, but it hasn't made any difference.
I don't know if this is the exact model # but the fridge is hot on the outside on the top but is also making an annoying noise. High pitched if you ask me, but not sure how to best describe. Is it normal to make noise and be hot? The fridge is cooling correctly
