When it was on a charger there is picture of a cable connecting to a itunes logo.. and it only lets me emergency calling. (when i enter emergency phone number and press call it doesnt'call) So when it's on a chargeer i get some signs of life.. but when its connected to computer or disconected from everything nothing...

It sounds like the unlocking screwed up part of the software, if you are using the newest version, there is a problem when unlocking the phone. If you down grade to the prior software version, it may fix the problem, it's difficult to know what people have done to the phones due to the many different methods of unlocking jailbreaking etc, if it were mine I would try to do re install of the prior firmware, if that doesen't work, you may be able to just get a new sim card from your provider. That is more than likely what got messed up

Has it ever worked, as it sounds like it needs to be docked on I Tunes to 'unbrick it?'
If it is black background and white cable coming from bottom of screen then it needs to unlocked on I Tunes.
Download latest version of I Tunes from
www.apple.com
Once I tunes is set up link I Phone to your computer (with I Tunes running) via the usb cable that came with your I Phone.
Follow prompts within I Tunes and this should get everything going.
