This SC-541 code comes when the fuser thermistor fails ore contaminated or poor connecton finellay power supply bord defective most of this cases we find thermistor failure first replace the thermistor 90% your problem solves- thankyou
sc 541 is a fuser error. you have to reset the code. here are the steps to follow. press clear mode button once, clear mode button is the yellow one press 107 press and hold clear/stop red button until you see the screen changes to copy sp mode written. press copy sp on the screen and off and on the machine it should reset the code.
To clear level A SC codes such as this SC541, you need to
Enter SP mode, and then turn the main power switch off and on, only.
Please check if the thermistors are the proper ones and are installed correctly in their position properly.
This is also useful for SC542.
Please check the thermostats and fusing lamps for open circuit.

Its a fuser code. Hold down both of the arrow keys for 10 seconds, then press enter. Select 2 for engine, ok, select 7 for data log, ok, scroll to 7807 and execute. exit all of the way out until you get back to engine, then select 3 for end. Recycle power.
