Flash drive is write-protected, meaning there is damage to the firmware. To repair damaged Transcend firmware, use JetFlash Online Recovery software.

1. Download software JetFlash Online Recovery (open link - select type software - select OS Windows - select language English - select product JetFlash All Series - Download)
2. Insert the flash drive
3. Open file OnLineRecovery.exe - Select the volume of the device - Repair the drive & keep data existed - START. If it fails, select Repair the drive & erase all data - START.

I hope this information helps.

Have TRANSCEND D33193 4GB pendrive when i plugged it in my PC it is not detected , some one please help me.........

all pen drives are like jokers of a pack of cards....they behave very funny when you need them....
one of the most stupid inventions of the computer world....are these pen drives....
they are very much likely to carry virus from PC to PC....unlike the CD / DVD that cant be written without using a write program.....like Nero etc....CD/DVD disk are write protected by default....but the USB sticks can be used by drag and drop files.....so the virus get in without the user doing anything....
also when you thingk that you are buying a 4 GB pen drive, some times the dulicate are not exactly 4 GB...they are just 1 GB...and show 4GB as capacity...after using for some time they show their real face(1GB) and the drive becomes useless....
To tell you the fac many mfg are packing more and more space into a pen drive...like 32 GB, etc...but actually the physical capacilty is only 2 GB but expanded to 8 Gb / 12 / 16 GB using a compress program....after few uses....that becomes usless.....

I m using transcend 640GB.when i connect it to system explorer is not notifying the device.but it is visible in device and printer section of device manager

Probably a drive letter conflict
go to disk management, right click on the trancend drive and change drive letter, choose a letter further down , maybe T for trancend

Excel 2007

  1. Select all cells (either press Ctrl+A or click on the small upper left square on the edge of the worksheet)
  2. In the menu bar, go to Format - Cells
  3. In the popup menu that opens, click on the Protection tab (it should be the last one on the menu)
  4. Deselect the small box tagged Locked
  5. Click on OK. Now all your cells can be overwritten, regardless the protection status of the worksheet.
  6. Select only the cells containing formulas that you want to hide (If you need to perform multiple selection, you can press and hold down the Ctrl key, while clicking on each cell you want to select)
  7. In the menu bar, go to Format - Cells
  8. In the popup menu that opens, click on the Protection tab
  9. Tick the small box tagged Hidden and the Locked box as well. If you don’t tick the Locked box, other users of your worksheet would be able to overwrite the formula cells, without even knowing that they contain formulas (as they become invisible following this operation).
  10. Click on OK
  11. In the menu bar, go to Tools - Protection - Protect Sheet
  12. If you want, you can input a password for unlocking the worksheet. This will prevent others from unlocking it. If you don’t want to do that, leave the password field blank and press OK.
  13. Now click on one of your cells containing formulas and look at the formula bar. It should be empty, although the formula is still there. The cell would remain locked, but it would be automatically updated when changing the content of its precedents relating to the contained formula.
