    All I can get it says bank in upper left corner and just keeps scanning I want police any idea how to fix my problem I hope so thank you I live in Des Moines Iowa 50317

2) is there an obstruction between you and the repeater?

My baofeng uv-5r will not transmit any solutions?
Don't know what software you used but try looking up a program called Chirp on the internet and use it to progran the radio. The program gets updated a lot. It has worked well for a large group of us. Is the battery fully charged?

Hi.

They probably went into a digital trunking system. Your Pro-95 will only handle Edacs, Type I and II standard trunking.

Or they changed the trunking voice frequencies and the data (control channel) frequency.

Which system are you trying to listen to? Which city area ??
