I have a facebook login problem, I type in the correct, username and password, and I receive this -
"There is a problem with the username or password, please try again"
I'm 100% sure that I typed in the correct username and password.
I have tried to re set my password, they e mailed me and told me to click on it and follow the site.It won't let me do this so I tried to copy and paste but I don't know where to find the"browser" Can you please help?

If you are unable to log in with your password, try reseting your Facebook password by clicking on " Forgot your password? " on the facebook page.
they should send you an Email asking you to create a new password.

Hi, please uninstall the Mozilla Firefox and re-install the latest version of the Mozilla Firefox from the below link:

Now check if the Facebook is opening in Firefox browser. If it is working then do the same thing for Google Chrome browser.

I am having the same thing!! I get the email to rest my password but it keeps saying invalid. I know I am typing the correct info as well. I actually called them and even though they do not have a customer service ( which they should ) I was told it takes 3 to 7 days to get a response and if you send more than 3 emails the system gets confused and your emails are lost. For months I've had the same problem. I try to log in. Password is rejected. I click the link to reset the password, select a new password, and successfully log in. Then, the next time I try to log in the password is rejected and I have to go through the reset process again. It's so annoying I haven't bothered even trying for a few months. I did the reset again tonight, hoping that this time will be the exception but suspect that next login attempt will be met with yet another password rejection.
