That means the security key has been changed and it's not set to the default key. Try the following:
1. Look at the back of the router and reset it (you need to push and hold the reset button for 20seconds or until all the lights goes OFF and ON- sometimes this is a hole that you need to stick a paperclip to reset it)
2. After it reboots (all lights should be ON) try to reconnect and use the key at the bottom sticker of the modem/router.
If that still wouldn't work, your Internet Service Provider needs to access the modem/router and change the settings on their end.
