My lg tromm wm2277hb wont stop displayng the ue code. I've changed loads, cleaned the filter, called tech support and they had me perform a hard reset by unpluging the machine and press and hold the start button for 30 sec., plug back in and press start. That worked for awhile, but now its gone bad again

First try unplugging the machine for a few minutes and then retry a cycle. If you still get the LE error:

The Hall sensor (part number 6501KW2001A) has failed. The hall sensor is rather easy to replace, and is covered by a seven year part warranty (in the US). Take the back cover off. Take the big nut off and remove the motor rotor. Remove the bolts holding the motor windings. Remove the electric plug on the sensor and unclip it from the motor winding. Snap new sensor on and reassemble. Usually takes under a half hour. On a difficulty scale of 1 - 10, it might rate a 4. This should be a Fix-Ya for your machine, and at basically no cost!

SOURCE: My washer is marking LE.What does that mean?

This is a motor overload. Could be too many items in the barrel. I have had this code in the past and took some items out and it went away. I still think there is an underlying issue with the hall sensor or the motor altogether.

you will have to raise the top if its top loading and disconnect the hose connected to it,if its the detergent dispenser and if it's the fabric softener one with the bleach dispenser with it there will be two hose connected to it and possibly some clips holding it in not sure all machines are different.
