Your ejector clip/arm/rod is faulty.
It may be worn to the point that it cannot eject the cartridge because of wear.
But most likley it is due to a cause below..
It may be due to trash/debris/unburnt powder around the ejector clip.
The clip should move a small amount to slip behind the cartridge case head to pull it from the chamber after it is fired.
Take the bolt apart and clean and oil the ejector clip and assy. with a good grade of gun oil.
Also check the chamber, they may be some dirt/debris/unburnt powder,etc in the slot that the ejector clip fits into also causing your problem...if so clean it out with a metal pick, being careful not to damage anything inside the chamber.
After you have done the above, Your problem should be solved.
