They will look at the current cells in your battery pack and try to find suitable replacements of the same size and amperage
If it has an 18" bar the chain should be a 3/8 pitch .050 gauge and should be a 60 drive link chain... the safest way is to take the old chain with you when you buy a new one then they can be certain

Although I purchased the McCulloch Power Wash FH180A through Fingerhut, my only option with them was to return it. I purchased it on clearance and there wouldn't be another to replace it. I called McCulloch direct and spoke with a representative who offered to send me a new on/off switch. He advised that since they have been purchased by Husqvarna and they are in a transition, it may take 2 to 3 weeks to receive. I thanked him very much for the generous offer and look forward to its arrival. I tried to find my post on your website and gave up after page 93. Thanks, Darlene
