I have not been able to access my google e-mail since August 2011 and would like to know why it keeps saying I have the wrong password when it it right. I have important information on it and want it fixed!!! [email protected]

where you sign in at Google and Yahoo pic 1 you are asked if you need help Take a magnifying glass and read what it says beneath the blue stripe. " Can't access your account." Click there and follow instructions. It is much the same with Google pic2 underneath the blue stripe it says "need help? " Click there and follow instructions ,mkolbrun

Most likely, you're using the wrong password. Most times this is because you have accidentally enabled CAPS LOCK when you were creating the account, or you were using the numeric pad whilst it was disabled (hence you didn't type any numbers in the password, although you thought you were). Try to login and use the password you know but enable CAPS LOCK or disable NumLock before you type it (i.e. try replicating what your keyboard status was)
If unsuccessful, either give up the account and create a new one or try calling Google support - but keep in mind they may suspect you're trying to hack into someone's account, unless you know all the details AND you're using 2 way authentication (i.e. you have added a mobile number where you can receive an SMS with a code)

You couldn't access because of password wrong, ID wrong, or something else? Did you get any error message when you trying to access? In case you can't access because you forget ID and password, then you can have it reset by go to yahoo.com, click on Mail, and click on I can't access my account, fill out the information to have your ID or password reset.

This note from the Yahoo Mail Help webpage:

"On 3 August 2011 some Yahoo! customers were unable to sign in or access e-mail between 0530 AM and 0900 AM Pacific time. The issue has been resolved, but we recommend that any customers who are still unable to sign in please not attempt to reset passwords for the rest of the day."

You might try deleting your cache and cookies and try logging in again.

Mine also quit on the 25 of March. Sounds like a similar problem. But I dont' know how to change password.

I checked to see , ans I notived thar Stbeins yahho account Stebbins_ira (with email [email protected]) as the password "council". I don't know if this is because she changed it or (which I think happened ) never was changed.

What I also noticed in relation to your Yahoo account wbb_scaepa (with the email [email protected]) was that the password "inuyupi" is set, but the data on your ID account was of Stebbins Ira (greeting name, name, adress, ***, age, etc), not yours. Therefore, anyone accessing your account would think it was accessing Stebbins' account. That is fixed.

Now, I urge you both Jerome and Stebbins to CHANGE IMMEDIATELY YOUR PASSWORDS, since at this moment everybody knows them, and can access your account, view or send emails in your name or even get hold of your accounts by changing the passwords.
So, do it now.

After changing the password, Sebbins might have also to change the password for the email account in Outlook, Outlook Express, Windows Mail or any other e-mail program she is using to access her email from her office.

If she is using Outlook Express or Windows Mial, for instance, she would have to open the email program, go to Tools/Accounts..., then Select the Yahoo account ([email protected]), click on Properties, tehn on Servers tab and change the password to the new password.
Then, she will be able to access the e-mail both through Yahoo pages (webmail) and through her office's email program.

So, once again, change immeddiately your password.

Try clearing your cookies

and my ID and i know they are right can you e-mail at [email protected] what to do and I try geting a new e-mail using the old on and it say it is all ready taken. notify immatly when you have a sulotion
