First, pull-out your a/c unit. Open the electrical control and remove the wiring connections of your fan motor and the compressor. Separate the electrical control and make sure you have the wiring diagram for termination. Unscrew all panels to remove the fan motor, blower, and fan blade from the unit base. You have to move the evaporator farther but be careful with the pipes. After removing the panels, fan motor, fan, and blower wash the coils with water using pressurized water. Spray coil cleaner to remove excess dirt from the coils and wait until all dirt come out. make sure the chemical is not too strong to eat the aluminum fins. Wash and rinse thoroughly the coils to remove any chemicals left in the unit.Clean the panels, fan, blower, and motor.Oil bush type motor.Then assemble fixing the panels, blower, motor, fan blade panel, and fan blade. Screw all parts and rewire the unit.
