Do what the other one above suggested if that does not help go to device manager uninstall the driver then restart computer that should fix the issue if still does not work this go back to device manager and uninstall the driver and then manually install the driver you downloaded from the website(make sure its the correct driver)

alrighty, check your bois see if your audio device is disabled, also check in device manager if theres any multimeda devices that have no drivers, then go to sounds and audio devices in controll panel and select the device and theme for your pc some times Windows has a dedede moments hope this helped ^-^

Hi.plese follow this step and check if solve ur problem
Right click on my computer icon then select device manager and check if u see ur audio hardware instal right click on it and delet it and let it to that install itself
