Hi:
By the description sounds like the trigger itself is the problem, have you try to bypass (bridge) the connection (disconnect the gun's plug from the machine and use a clip to bypass it at the machine's end) and see if the problem persists?
If the problem continues, then the problem would be the heat sensor.

Millermatic 211 when its plugged into 110 it welds fine but when i plug it into 220 the fan kicks on like normal but i get nothing on the gun and no wire feed shop said board miller says its a relay.

This machine is an auto adjust for different voltages.

The front end of the circuity is a PMPS or pulse mode power supply. No matter the input, the output is the same.
Most all small appliances today are built around this technology. I bet a small IC on the circuit board has gone bad. A good electronics repair man could fix this or you can get the board from Miller.

Machine running, fan suddenly speed up too high, so i log out shut down, powerup/shutdown in seconds with flashing red light, continuosly

This has been a problems that is really easy to fix as long as your a bit careful. The problems is the design of the heat sink on the processor, the design flaw makes it possible for dust to collect on the heat sink on the processor allowing the heat to build up very quickly when using the processor a lot which tells the fan to speed up to attempt to cool things off but because of the excess dust it cannot do so.
On the e-machine it is easiest to use compressed air to clear the dust on the heat sink for the processor, however do not have the computer turned on when doing the cleaning, and if your using a air compressor blow gun, you should limit the pressure to 100 lbs or a little less and then be careful not to blow directly on the fan so the fan spins up (by the air flow) too fast because it can damage the fans bearings.
Note: this machine will collect a lot of dust in the heat sink so when blowing it clear it will produce a dust cloud, you may wish to do it in an area where dust will not be a problem for other things, people, or pets.

2004 Pontiac Grand Prix is running warm about halfway. When I'm driving around it stays below half, but when I stop it heats up over half. then the fan turns on. Could this be a fan sensor? Is it not...

What mig welder would you I buy to restore a old car.

I always tell my customers that the best machine for a body shop is a millermatic 212 if you have 220V available if not, go to a Millermatic 211 this is one is a dual voltage unit 110V/220V. if you can afford it buy a spool gun SG100 for all aluminum parts, the machine will cost you 999.00 and the spool gun 215.00. Best investment ever for your shop.

I have an Amana BX21VW refrigerator and both the freezer and refrigerator stopped cooling. The fan is still going and there is power, but no cooling of any kind. What is going on?

Hi!!

Check

Temp. control knobs,

Most likely, the evaporator coil is covered w/ice, obstructin the air flow thru it and to the fridge side of the unit.

Remove freezer back panel (where the little fan is) and check for iced evaporator coil, if so, unplug unit and use a heat gun or hair dryer to melt ice, make sure all ice is melted andthe air duct going to the fridge is clear.

Once this is done, restart unit and set temp. 1/3 of the dial, ie. if the dial goes from 0-9, set it on 3. wait 24 hrs to make adjustments
