Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,
Sorry Maria but FixYa cannot do that direct- members of the forum are just people from all over the world, probably working from home, and not representing any particular manufacturer ;-0)
You will need to type into your search engine/web browser '(make model number) washer manual' and you should be presented with a number of sources from which you can either download for free or have to pay a nominal amount.
You could also try the manufacturer's web site direct ;-0)
If this has assisted you please consider a 4 thumbs up for the rating.
Thanks and good luck!
John C.
OK so may be you could answer 2 questions for me then.....
1. There are 3 parts to the washing liquid drawer which side/bit washing liquid and which side/bit takes fabric softener?
2. What is a general setting for a wash for everyday clothes as the setting we have it on seems to be holding before the rinse cycle so we go in and have to push start and then it takes about another half an hour to finish.
Thanks in advance for your help :)
Hi again Maria, I can certainly answer 1. -A quick and easy way to find out which tray is which is to pull the detergent drawer out just so that you can see into it. Start a pre-wash and see where the water runs in, then advance to the main wash and observe. Finally start a rinse cycle and where the water goes in is where the conditioner/softener goes.
In a few cases I have come across, the pre-wash tray shares with the conditioner/softener part but the pre-wash powder goes in the front and the softener in the back.
FixYa doesn't normally answer how to use washers as, you see, it is not washer manufacturer or model specific. It's here to help diagnose faults- techies really ;-0). What particular wash program to use for what and how it should operate will be in the manual for usage. At this stage we cannot really tell if it is correct to do what it is doing or not, sorry.
Now if you find that having read the manual's description on how it should operate but it is wrongly holding before the rinse cycle please come back to us on FixYa and we should be able to diagnose what is wrong ;-) I hope this all helps. John C
