Our pony works great, but is missing reigns, saddle, brush, & carrot (and whatever else it came with as an accessory). Cannot find reigns anywhere, except on Ebay, and they are not Hasbro brand. Hasbro is closed on the weekends, & cannot find accessories on their order form. Can anyone help me?

The saddle doesn't rise if the brake is on it has to be pushed fully down the cable can also stretch needing adjustment using the screw in the middle of the drum finally the wheels and frame can get clogged jamming the mech most likely in order of listing

Call Hasbro Customer Service / Replacement Parts. Hasbro is out of stock on A LOT of stuff, especially the extras like carrots and brushes, but they may be able to send a replacement tail. If you have the tail and can see the break, it may be possible to fix, but you'll need a plastic:plastic epoxy (I can recommend). Do you have pictures? Check oksanas*heirloom*treasures on eBay for replacement tack. You can get replacement carrot and adoption certificate on eBay from bet_em on eBay.

I have had similar problems with toys myself. Seems as if when I am sure that my boys are done with a toy and it is long forgotten- it resurfaces needing some tlc... I need a carrot and a harnessm movers lost this on me. how do I get a new one or used.

The saddle itself is quite well made and should last a good while with proper care and maintenance. However, three things concern me and one is that it is a saddle you are used to using. If you are used to the support of a western saddle and move to a close contact, it may be very uncomfortale until you get used to it. The second is that the horse you use it on is used to being under a close contact saddle. The third and most important is that you indicate that you ride ' all different horses and ponies '. You do not clarify if you are wishing to use one saddle on all. I do hope not as saddles are not one size fits all. The saddle must be fitted to your 'seat' and the tree width and rise must properly fit the size and shape of the horses back. If you are unfamiliar with this, I suggest you learn how to fit a saddle before buying anything.
