Go here, put your model number in to see all parts in your washer,if you think you can change out the hose then do it,find the hose on the diagram, get the part number and order it,or the hose could have pulled off from an unbalanced load but you're looking at it,if it has a hole in it replace it,if it just has to be realigned then do it.this ain't heart surgery lol.just unplug the washer before you open it up.good luck with it.

SOURCE: error message displayed on LG tromm washer model # wmt2778w

Flashing UE - The display shows:
• Load is too small.
• Load is out of balance.
• The washer has an imbalance detection and correction system. If individual heavy articles are loaded (bath mat, bath robe, etc.) and the imbalance is too great, the washer will make several attempts to restart the spin cycle. If an imbalance is still detected, the washer will stop and the error code will be
displayed.

Possible Solution
• Add 1 or 2 similar items to help balance the load.
• Rearrange items to help balance the load.
• Control error.

SOURCE: How do I remove the

There are special pliers for removing the spring loaded wires which hold the front and back side of the gasket in place. You're better off cleaning it in place if necessary. If you have small, inconsistent water leaks, the problem is suds in the fill hose, between the soap dispenser and the tub. There is a small dome at the tub inlet inside the hose which can be removed, but just using HE soap and making sure to use only one tablespoon per load should solve the problem.

SOURCE: LG WM2487 front load washer spews suds out of port on rear.

You are likely using too much detergent or the detergent is not high-efficiency detergent. Change detergents and/or lower amount and this problem should go away.

The water port on the back allows air inside the tub to escape. However, if the wrong type or quantity of detergent are used, excess suds will flow from this port.

That's a real pain. Even if you remove the hose, it is hard to clean out. You can get at the pump end of the hose by tilting the machine back and reaching under it. Replace the hose will save a lot of time, or I'd suggest next time you want to clean out your filter do this:
Pull the machine out about 18 inches or so away from the wall and tilt it back until the back rests against the wall. (front feet now up in the air) Now, all the water will be back at the back of the machine and you can remove the filter to clean it out without spilling water.

I replaced the hot & cold water valves on my LG Washer/Dryer .Now it just humms and no water goes into the washer..What can cause this problem?

have you tried both the cold and hot?hot only has one solenoid while the cold has three.just because it is a new part dose not mean it is not mean it is a good part.try this, turn off the cold and hot water, remove the cold hose from the washer and put it in a bucket and turn it on at the hose bib.if you do not get water, you may have a screen in the hose bib end of the hose.if no screen on that end you may have a metal fitting rusted up just under the hose bib.check the hot side also.hope this helps,if not repost and i will try to dig deeper.thanks

I have water leaking onto the floor from my LG Tromm washing machine. I tried to check for blockage of the hose but it is still leaking.

Check the connections on the back of the washer for the cold & hot water connections. This just happen to me last week. My husband tighten them and resolved the problem. Good Luck !

Washer leaks out of the bottom. checked drain hose it is not plugged, checked hot and cold water hoses they're ok.

REMOVE THE TOP OF WASHER AND CHECK THE WATER INLET VALVE. I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING AND FINALLY DISMANTLED THE WASHER UNTIL I FOUND THE HOT WATER INLET VALVE WAS LEAKING FROM THE TOP AND DRIPPING DOWN THE TUB AND ENDING UP ON MY FLOOR. IT WILL DRIP EVEN WHEN THE WASHER IS NOT ON DUE TO THE PRESSURE BUILT UP ON THE VALVE.

High pitched noise during hot water only

This problem is usually caused by LOW water pressure going in the washer.
1. Remove hot water hose and flush all debree from water line.
2. Change water filters and you'll be good to go.

GOOD LUCK!

Clothes wont dry but gets really hot

Hello, sounds like your cold water feed hose has got a kink in it. The machine needs cold water to condense the steam. Just pull out the machine and slowly slide back into place.

No hot water entering

1. Make sure water comes out of the hot water hose into a bucket.
2. Check to make sure the solenoid valve is working. The buzzing is the 60Hz on the coil and can make a lot of noise if valve does not operate properly. Try blowing into the hot water port. If the solenoid is functioning properly air will move freely, if not its stuck.

LG Tromm Washer

Embarrassing as it was, the hot/cold water hoses were switched - although it was installed by HomeDepot that way. It just didn't seem consistent enough for it to be such an easy solution...but it did the trick!
