what are you trying to do are you trying to connect tru bluet-hoot then go to connection settings on your mobile phone there you will find bluet-hoot setting switch it on and click on search it automatically locate any phone and your can start transferring, thanks .

Well I got it working, of course, try turning the phone off on again instead of just the bluetooth, it worked. I should have done that before posting the question.

you must put the same passcode to both phones, try 4 zeros [ 0000 ]

just set the bluetooth earpiece to pairing mode and start searching bluetooth devices from your phone.
If you don't have a manual, just post back.

I found the solution. The original password setting is a combination of zeroes - at least 4. If you did not originally change your password setting for your bluetooth from the original setting - try that. It worked for me.

I have the exact same problem. I suggest you flush the LG piece of **** down the toilet, and never purchase from LG or bluetooth again.

Check your headset on a different phone if the same thing happens - you need a new headset.

Just because your phones Bluetooth option is turned to on doesn't mean it's searching. I would try going in to your device history and clicking on new device while your Bluetooth is in pairing mode.
