The iPod Touch is a portable media player, game console and
personal information manager developed by Apple. The first generation iPod
Touch was released in 2007, the fourth current generation was launched in 2010
at the time of publication. Among other hardware features, the factory setting
of the iPod touch already has a wireless adapter 802.11b/g/n standards for all.
The operating system runs on the iPod touch is set at the factory to take full
advantage of this hardware. You can sign up for free Wi-Fi with iPod touch.
1. Tap "Settings," then "Wi-Fi." Push
the "Wi-Fi" control "ON".
2. Push the "Request for new connection" control
"ON".
3. Enter the radio band - usually at least 100 meters - the
Wi-Fi is connecting. IPod touch displays a message asking if your network that
detects the radio signal to connect. Answer "Yes". After a few
seconds, you will see the Wi-Fi icon in the status bar of the iPod touch; iPod
touch will be ready for the wireless network connection.
