I have purchased 2 remote controlled toy cars from Costco over the years. These New Bright batteris and charges last only a few charges, and then they go bad. I am disappointed. I will go to Walmart and buy a new battery and see if it works better, if not, i will return to Walmart.

you can purchase batteries at any hobby store or buy matched cells to make a new battery pack

the battery isnt lasting because it needs to be fully discharged (drained) before it is recharged. (this is only for nicd batteries)

It is a problem with the circuit board. To my knowledge New Bright does not have anywhere that you can order the board.

If you have a good hobby shop nearby, check with them. You can also Google RC Car parts.
