Samsung RF4267HARS 25.5 Cu. Ft. French Door Refrigerator with Thru-the - Page 5 Questions & Answers
Samsung RFG298 is not cooling enough
Check to make sure that the door seals on the fridge are not torn or weathered or dirty or loose or broken at all . if the seals are dirty they can cause gaps that big enough to let warm air in which do have an affect on the cooling. If you see any dirty seals or frost build up around the gasket clean them right away and allow your refrigerator up to 24 hours to regain proper temperature again. If it is still not working then you should have a person that fixes fridges to have a look at it.

Samsung is not defrosting.
It will either be a fault with the Defrost Timer, or the Defrost Heater. Samsung have a different approach
If the defrost sensor fails to shut off the defrost heater, the fuse will blow in order to shut off the defrost heater. If the defrost sensor fuse blows, the defrost system will not work, and the refrigerator will not defrost. ... If either the defrost sensor or fuse does not have continuity, replace the defrost sensor.

Samsung RC21DCNS fridge side not getting as cool as the temp outside claims
Wow, longest post for a long time Dom!
The defrost heater is electronic, so working on the water can't affect it. Blowing compressed air into the water supply could affect the water filter in the fridge, but not the electrics.
Based on the fact it is 15 years old, and the fact it is a Samsung who are more famous for mobile phones, I would say it is time for a brand new Hotpoint, Electrolux or Bosch from Curry's or Sainsbury Homebase..

Samsung fridge not cooling
21E or 21C.

21E
Freezer Fan Error
This means the electronics are not sensing rotational feedback from the fan when it's supposed to be turning.
This usually means the fan is frozen up, which can be caused by the door being left open or if there is a gap in the door gasket when it's supposed to be closed. It could also be fan motor failure.
If you wish to defrost the unit, you can, otherwise visit our
Support Center to request service.
In addition to defrosting, make sure the unit is not packed so full that it prevents the doors from closing completely. Check that the door gaskets make a full contact connection all the way around the door.

I have a Samsung RFG298HDRS XAA that the freezer stopped cooling and the fridge is only 44 degrees the only code that shows is 24 E
If there is ice build up on the inside back wall of the freezer or fresh food section, then you have a defrost problem. One way to check this is to remove the food, unplug the refrigerator and leave the doors open for a few hours. This will manually defrost the fridge and freezer. Once it has defrosted plug the refrigerator back in, do not put your food back in yet, wait about two hours and see if the temperature is back to normal. Once defrosted the fridge will work fine for about a week, then it will need to be defrosted again. There are three components that control defrost, the defrost timer, the defrost thermostat, and the defrost heaters. Any one of these could be the problem.
