Razor ground force go cart

I don't think this would be a problem, as long as the wheels fit the axle properly, both in diameter, and length of shaft.

Battery shows charge, but will not run???Could it be the electrical bicycle control?? It's model # is HB2430-TYC4-f8 or fS it's 24 volt made in 3/25/08. I've checked all the wiring and it

test the motor with your own battery. connect the battery directly to the motor if that work is the controller, easy.

Razor ground force battery says its fully charged but gokart wont turn on

Here is the owners manual for the future (in case you don't have one.)http://www.meijer.com/assets/product_files/pdf/1000422_groundforce_manual.pdfIt sounds like the push button fuse next to your charging plug. Push that in and try again. Otherwise it could be a wiring defect.

I've replaced the batteries and

Hello, I believe what the problem is, in your throttle switch or more often the connection to your battery, even though your battery might be good, bad or loose connection can cause this. Most electric toy cars, go carts, buggies, and other similar electric toys, all operated on a electrical switch mechanism. They are effective when working, but unfortunately from my experience poorly built, meaning they wear out real easy. When working properly, you press the pedal, activates the electrical circuit by way of the switch. Think of the switch as like the ignition on a automobile. It works kind of the same method.

I believe personally it is in your connection to your battery. However here is what did here to help you out. I have put to REAL GOOD links to help you. One link is to the sight, which shows you parts and cost for parts, and on same site i gave you the link that takes you to the Ground force trouble shooting guide of possible problem and solution based on the symptom. I think this will help you. Links are below and please copy and paste them in your browser and let me know if anything else i can help you with. Thanks Mike

Go kart doesnt run anymore wat could the problem

Wire connection seems to be the problem with any electric dependent vehicles of that sort. They are usually cheap so the wireing is cheap as well. Check to see if there is any loose wires or even some cuts in the wire. Repair them if so. If not that...make sure anything that likes too dirty than what you think it should be...clean it off with a can of compressed air (don't put water on that sort of stuff). Keep checking around the kart and check for anything out of the ordinary and work from there. Hope this helps ^_^

The lights are on showing

If the charger is left plugged in longer then 24 hours you may over charge the batteries and they will not work properly. Also You must charge the batteries once a month even if it hasn't been used.

Lift up the back end of the gocart and see if the wheels spin when you pull the throttle. If you only get a clicking sound start by replacing the control modulator. 10 months old your batteries should be still good unless you over charged them. (Leaving plugged in longer then a day) Good luck...

If your batteries are good and are putting out the proper voltage I would say your control mod has failed. Usually all the lights work but all you get is a faint clicking sound everytime you turn the throttle.

How to turn little batteries into bigger ones in emergancy

roll up some tin foil flatten it to the size of the battery you need, circumfrence not the actual size of battery, push it against the spring where you would normally put the bigger battery then push the little battery on on top so it fits tight in the slot for the battery,WALLA,you now have power.its the same principle with all batteries.

I have a 24v Razor Quad. It has new batteries wired correctly, new throttle, new controller module. It turns on, but yellow light shows low power, then goes off no power to motor. What can I do next?

Question edited for clarity. Hello again Cindy, I gave you all the information on this a few days back. You need a competently inclined person with a multimeter. The circuit is simple. You have two 12 volts batteries in series which makes 24 volts. You have a hand controller which is a variable potentiometer like a volume control, which feeds voltage to the motors. The controller module tells you the battery voltage level and probably has a couple of relays. Check the battery wiring again, you should have a wire coming in to the plus on battery 1 and the negative on battery 1 should go to the plus on battery 2. The negative wire from battery 2 completes the circuit out. Do you know your charger works? That can be checked with a meter as well. Get out your multimeter and check the TOTAL voltage plus on battery 1 to the negative on battery 2. You should have 24 volts, 2 x 12 volt batteries in series. Take them both off and charge each one on a car charger set at 2 amps for about 4 hours each battery. Clean all the battery connectors with a wire brush and also the connectors. Smear them with Vaseline. Also make sure you have the batteries wired up correctly. If done incorrectly, you may be running on 12 volts which is why is is showing 'Low Voltage'! https://www.google.com/search?q=razor+quad+low+power ..
