SealUp Q22 Electric Scooter. Where can I get the manual for my SealUp Q22 e scooter in English please?

Question edited for clarity. Question moved to a better category. It is made in China and goes by a few names. One page says it has a manual. I don't trust any pages that have 'ALLOW' as a command! https://www.google.com/search?q=sealup+Q22+scooter+manual Q18 https://www.google.com/search?q=Junwei+Q18+manual ..

I have 2 razor e 150 scooters and neither one will work ! the batteries have been charged and every time they turn the control on the handle bar it just clicks and no go

Then the batteries are worn out, simple as that. Just because the batteries are charged doesn't mean they accepted the charge, a common mistake. Go to ebay and you can find a replacement battery most likely/

How to extend the battery life of Razor Scooter Batteries

You can extend the life of your scooter's battery if you take proper care of it. Most people report trouble in getting more than a year or two out of their razor scooter battery set. This is actually a common problem with vehicle batteries.
  • Keep your battery charged
It is recommended to keep your battery fully charged to avoid the build-up of sulfate-ion inside it. Sulfate-ion accumulates when the battery is in a discharged state for a long time. This is the most common reason of premature depletion of lead acid batteries. This can be easily avoided if the scooter battery is kept in a constantly charged state.
  • Charge you Razor Scooter Battery during the Off-Season
Even if not used Sealed Lead Acid Batteries will self discharge over long periods. This will leave the battery in a not fully charges state which will enable the sulfate-ions to build up inside the internal plates which will slowly deplete the battery's capacity. In order to prevent that, you should charge the razor scooter battery at least once every three months when it is not in service.
  • Use a Battery Tender
Battery Tender chargers are a great way extend the life of your SLA batteries as they are designed to fully charge and maintain a battery at proper storage voltage without the damaging effects caused by trickle chargers. Razor Scooter ground fOrce go cart wont go

The E100 is a Kick Start scooter, the Rear Wheel has to be Spun for it to start. This scooter will not start from a motionless position. Could be the battery. Put the Scooter on a block so the rear tire is raised. Remove the standing plate to reveal the battery compartment. Charge the Unit completely 1. Using a multimeter measure the voltage across the batteries. If the voltage is below 20 volts batteries are dead - Replace batteries. 2. Now for a running test. Turn the throttle and spin the rear tire to preform a kick start. Still measuring the voltage. If the voltage is Below 20 volts or if the voltage drops quickly batteries are dead - Replace batteries. 3. If the voltage is remaining around 24 volts for a long period - then you could have connector problems, clean and tighten all connectors. I use a fiberglass electronic cleaning brush, as contact cleaners leave residue that interfere with electrical connections. See my other posts for E100

How to reset the razor E100 ?

There is a reset button by the on/ off toggle switch I believe. Also, the e100 needs to be pushed to about 2.5 mph before it will go on its own power.

The Razor charges fine and will start with no load. For instance, spin the wheels and hit the throttle, it kicks right in. Put it on the ground and it stops immediately. By the same token, it will not

The battery can be recharged only so many times before it is no longer usable. You probably need a new battery. It runs with no load because it does not need much current (amperage). With a load it needs a lot more current than the battery can actually put out. The charger brings the voltage of the battery back up to normal but the current is not there due to a worn out or defective battery.

When i flip switch to turn on it just starmts going full speed without touching throttle?

Sounds like the throttle is stuck in the full position. Can you adjust the throttle to other positions ? There should be a spring to return the throttle to a "off" position - and then you will have to twist to make it go. The spring may be missing.

For those of you who know electrical, below is circuits I developed to replace the controller. This diagram will also give you a better understanding on the Razor circuit. NOTE : This is not a schematic diagram of the Razor E100 Control Module. I designed this circuit. for my Great Nephew's Scooter. 1. The Brake is a normally closed switch that opens when you squeeze the Brake handle. 2. The throttle is two normally open switches that close when you turn the throttle. 3. The Kick Start circuit is described in the Diagram below. 4. The resistors values may need to be tweaked for best performance. 2a0b7f10-2c7e-4ffc-b7d7-ab4ce6d1545e.jpg

Battery problems

You might still be under warranty. If so follow the instructions on the box. If you do not have a warranty, try a different outlet in your house. If this doesn't work, look up your model number and then battery on eBay and Amazon. Hope this Helps You, if it does be safe.
