How to be a Premuim Expert on Fixya ?

Premium expert status was available on Fixya in the past, but was discontinued a couple years ago and is no longer available. Hope that helps!

Change profile picture on fixya

Hi Laura, You can change your profile photo by first signing into Fixya and then clicking your avatar in the top right corner of the page. Select the My Account link in the dropdown that appears. On the My Account page scroll down to the My Settings section of the page and click the upload button below the avatars displayed. 696b31fa-f2e8-4c75-bba9-ed02d14b2686.png In the popup that appears select the file from your computer that you would like to use as your photo. After selecting the file you should see the image in a large box. You can then crop the photo and you should see the thumbnail next to the larger image. How do I delete a question from Fixya

I DIDNT GET A SOLUTION TO MY PROLMBLE WHERE I GO FROM HERE

Hi Ben - my advice would be to try adding a lot more details to your problem including the year, make and model of your automobile along with any fixes you may have tried already. Experts usually are much faster to provide helpful solutions when they have enough details to provide a solid solution. Hope that helps!

I have Mac computers in my home. So does this mean that I cannot use your web site for solutions?

Twice in the last two days you said you were resetting my password via email. Don't where you sent it but I NEVER received it.( email: [email protected])

Password to what/where? Your password to FixYa obviously works. Did FixYa send you email saying we were resetting your password? Or is the email from someone else? Perhaps from a website you registered using another email address?
