The letters "OF" on the display of your unit indicates the Cooling Off mode has been activated. To cancel this mode, press the Power Freeze and Freezer buttons simultaneously for 3 seconds until a chime sounds and a numeric reading returns to the display, allowing you to set the desired temperature. The compressor should turn on in about 5 minutes and begin producing cold air.

Check to be sure that you don't have the freezer temp. set to low.

If this is the duel evap, Bad design, the heater and evap all one part . But you can remove the heater from the assembly very carefully

A sensor is trelling you that it is too warm in the frig...various things could be wrong...a fan motor condenser or evaporator is bad make sure both are running....or you have a defrost problem.....check the back panel in the freezer....If there is a frost build up then its a defrost problem.....which needs to be checked out and fixed....

Pull back cover and check condenser fan to see if it's running. Wide spread issue with those motors. Be careful, they will burn you

your setting are to high try to raise the temp setting a little this is condensation that's freezing

You will need to go in through the panel, remove the bolts that hold lever and remove them, then go to repairclinic.com or partselect.com, order new part (there will be pics and part #) and then install it back on to your unit.

Hi I have same unit. Problem is the fridge circulator fan gradually ices up, becomes noisy and then stops when frozen up.To fix quickly you need to remove all shelves drawers etc, then unfasten lower panel fixings and find the whole back is full of ice including the fan.Remove panel , and de-ice fan etc until fan rotates freely. Replace and all will be OK.Otherwise empty and defrost normally but be prepared for a long waitDon't call an engineer he will just do same. Hope this helps

Some Samsung and others use a defrost timer that can fail. I have replaced one to make a unit go out of defrost and return to cooling, but it may be possible that it quit defrosting and ice has built up to the point it is in contact with the outer cabinet and you have melt water. Keith L.

Changing a compresser is not something that an untrained person can do, because of the coolant (which is controlled in most states). The part number of the compressor is: MK183CL2U/E07 BUT before you order that $160 item, I personally would check the start relay and start capacitor to make sure it isn't one of those, instead of the compressor.
