I need a stir stick for a back to basics smoothie

Replacements parts for Back to Basics products are available here:

http://www.westbend.com/catalog.cfm?dest=dir&linkid=90&linkon=subcategory

Are you sure you have your model number correct; I see nothing similar. However the stir stick for other models may be suitable so you may wish to have a look.

The screws tthat hold the toilet to the floor rin\g are twisted into a slot in the ring. If yopu go to a building supply store you can look at the ring and anchor bolts and see what I mean, the heads of the bolts are oval and dfrtop thru thr oval holes in the ring , then a 1/4 turn and tighten .. to remove just loosen, turn the bolts and pull them up out of the floor ring. they may pull hard because of the bees wax .. but they will come when they are lined up with the oval holes.

Looking for a gasket for a Back to Basics blender.

Remove gasket and carefully take it to a hardware store that supplies gaskets. Many times a water store will also have gaskets if they work on water filters. There are many types of gaskets, be sure you get the right shape and thickness, or it won't work.

I need a manual for a smoothie elite

Contact the manufacturer. Most retail stores will not sell manuals (and if they do, it's probably a store that will be something like a kitchen specialty store--aka, a little more pricey), so the best way to go is to contact them directly so that they can get it for you (and, a lot of times, they can get it for you at a cheaper price, or lots of times for FREE!!).

Their contact number should be either stamped somewhere on the machine (usually on the bottom--might be stamped directly into the plastic, so make sure you have it in really good light when trying to read) or in the product manual (usually near the back of the book).
Good luck! :)

Where do I get a new plasic base for my smoothie

Contact the manufacturer--most times for kitchen appliances, there are very limited places that you can get parts like that EXCEPT for the manufacturer. Usually, their support phone number will be stamped either on the machine somewhere (usually pressed into the plastic--might be a little hard to read unless you have really good light), or in the product manual.

If all else fails, you can go online and search for the name of the company to try and find a phone number. Good luck! :)
