Back to basics auto serve smoothie machine

Ok here is a number for you too call Tell them your problem and they should have no problem sending you the part you need being that it is new!.....866-290-1851. they are available by phone Monday through Thursday 7:30am until 5pm and Friday 8:30am until 4pm C.S.T. You may need the make and model number (should be on unit!) I think they are a division of west bend inc.

Replacement parts

You need the blending jar seal. Order that and other parts for the blender here assuming they still support your model based on the manufacturing date code. (The manufacturing date code is generally found on a white sticker and will begin with a CA, DR, XM, or W followed by 4 numbers, or a # (number), letter, # (number), # (number) combination):

Depending on the material, some blender seals can be maintained with a little bit of vegetable oil.

My Blade Base Won't Come Out

gently tap the base with a rubber mallet or even the sole of a sneaker. Work your way around and it will come out.

Blender blades do not rotate

it sounds to me that its riped the drive dog out of the blades i know the black wheel is striped off, i gees the lad put a house brick into it and span it up if thees blenders are left not in use for a time they can seize up and most people never think to turn the rubber wheel to see if the blades still go around first thats how they get striped out, sorry im not much help here

The pour spout on my Back to Basics Smoothie

I am looking for the dispensing valve for my BackToBasic. I'm not sure but I think it is a 700. It is a black dispenser with a chrome base. Please let me know if this part can be replaced. I could settle for a white one but it would look like a "saddle on a donkey" as my husband would put it.
