File a complaint with Paypal, they are great in situations like this. Log onto Paypal site and follow their instructions. If you still have not received shirts they will refund 100% of money. I have had similar dealings and Paypal has always come through!

JIM , the major problem is your method of communication. hackers regularly patrol forum sites and now they have all of your e-mail addresses and where you do business Pay pal is a secure site so any problems, you contact them direct by phone on their web page listed phone number Make arrangement with them to change your account details and never put details on a forum site again

paypal has a contact phone number or direct "contact us" section where you can get assistance from paypal staff I use paypal for all online purchases and I use a slightly different system to what you are trying ti use but I have no problems with paypal at all They have a facility where you can set up the account and it is linked directly to your visa or bank card so you do not have to find the section to transfer money to a paypal account That means that funds are always in your account not paypal account. you know by checking your account balance at the bank exactly how much you can afford when considering a purchase before you make it next ,when you make a purchase you use paypal and they take the payment amount out of your account and pay it directly to the seller., send you an e-mail showing the sellers name and amount within minutes of the transaction being approved The seller then notifies you ,again with in minutes , that an order was received and paid for and will be advised when it will be dispatched To me it saves a lot of hassle, finding what you want , and then trying to find the right site to transfer funds to paypal ( your principal problem)to pay for it the web page you will want is www.paypal.com which has a log in,sign up,send money, help,area or simply go google and type in---paypal--

a paypal account is for you to buy goods from the internet they do the paying on your authority and take the money from your account or from your card discuss the matter with paypal direct by phone

contact paypal direct and they will either cancel the card or help you get a new pass word
