any error messages or what's happening when you login to your yahoo mail? if you're able to login to it, then it just gives you a blank, white page, try using another browser (firefox, google chrome), or reset your internet explorer's settings (tools -- internet options -- advanced tab -- reset). if you're unable to login, (forgot your password) just click on the forget password link to generate another password for you.

This has helped me in the past. I have Windows Vista Operating System. I went into Tools on the Tool Bar. Clicked on Internet Options, and the Security tab. I clicked on Set Defaults on all zones. You must log out and restart. I believe that should help, but it may force you to make custom adjustments for some other sites that you use.
