Where is the 7.5 fuse located
that fuse is located on a battery post cable, they are very exspensive for just a fuse but u will need to go to a hardware store and hope they have them or napa, oreily any auto motive parts store ok,those are special fuses
Tire 1170xl
if i remember correctly there should be a single nut holding that tire on,use a rubber hammer and hit drive shaft and pull on tire at same time with other hand,it should move out far enough to get a large wrench behind the tire and push toward chair untill tire comes off
Problems at powerup
Code 7: joystick problem. Be sure joystick is in center position when you power up. If rubber boot is worn out, replace it or repair it so that stick is in center position. Always check connections.
Two red flashing led lights
The 2 flashing red lights indicate a low battery. Did you have the batteries replaced? and did you have the charger checked? The charger could not be giving you a full charge or you didn't charge the batteries correctly. It takes about 9-10 charges to bring the batteries to 100% operating capacity. Always charge the batteries before using after installing new ones and then charge nightly when you sleep. When you get up in the morning the batteries should be fully charged and last all day. Never charge more than 12 hours and always store or put up fully charged Hope this helps and sorry that no one can seem to help you except spend your money needlessly
I just replaced the batteries
According to my 1170 manual the flashing lights are error codes. 1 red = low batt., 2 red = left motor disconnected, 3 red = Left motor wiring fault, 4 yellow = Right motor disconnected, 5 yellow = right motor wiring fault, 6 yellow = Inhibit active, 7 yellow =possible joystick fault, 8 green = possible controller fault, 9 green = Solenoid brake fault, 10 green = high batt. voltage
CONTROLLER LIGHTS UP OK AT START. BUT IF U MOVE
I think you might have a joystick fault but first make sure that the chair is not in freewheel. If the chair is not in freewheel then you have a joystick problem and it will have to be replaced Hope this helps
