Hi! I need some clarification before helping you.
How long have you been using this power chair?
Didn't you charge it even once before?

Clanklng in left drive wheel
if you block your chair up in the air so your wheel is off the floor you can check for a few things. First roll the wheel around and see if its rubbing. next see if the barrings are out if they are the wheel will woble. next see if the bolt in the center is tight. if you catch this in time it wont cost alot if any money I’m happy to assist further over the phone at

I have a blue jet
Check your battery wiring on the Jet the wires from the circuit breaker need to connect the positive of the front battery to the negative of the rear battery and the other wires connected to the positive of the rear battery and negative of the front battery putting the batteries in series to generate 24+ volts. If you have a voltmeter before you check the wiring set it to 200 volts dc and plug the leads into the 2 outter holes of the charger port located under the front of the joystick. If your batteries are wired correctly you should be reading 27+ volts without the charger plugged in and your batteries fully charged. If you are only reading 12 volts then the wiring is wrong and needs to be fixed. Leaving the voltmeter in the charger port plug in your charger and you should be reading 27 -30+ volts at the charger port anything less than 24 volts indicates your charger is not charging Hope this helps

How do you remoe seat
There should be a release lever under the seat which will allow the seat to be lifted up and removed. Some models may have a knob that needs to be turned to loosen and release the seat.

When I plug in my
when you plug in the charger do you get any amp reading on the meter located at the rear of the chair near where the charger cord plugs into the chair. When you plug in the cord the meter should deflect and read 6 amps or so. If you aren't getting any deflection of the amp meter then either the batteries are dead or the charger is bad. If you have a voltmeter you can set it to 200 volts dc and plug the leads into the charger port located under the front of the joystick Plug the leads into the 2 outter holes of the port with the charger plugged into the wall you should be reading 27-30 volts. Unplug the charger and you will be reading the battery voltage and fully charged they should read 25-27+ volts. If you aren't reading 25-27 volts without the charger plugged in you will need new batteries( anything less than 10 volts will not let the chair turn on) if you aren't getting 27-30 volts with the charger plugged in then the charger is bad and you can get or borrow an off-board charger and charge the chair thru the joystick port Hope this helps

I cant get my power
Hi valentin 201
I have owned my own business for 3 years and have been working on scooters and powerchairs for 15 years. . In the future give as much info about the scooter as possible.
1. load test the batteries even if you think they are good, check anyway. Sometimes even new batteries won't hold a charge.
2. Your charger on the powerchair must have enough volts to open the charger inhibitor. That is, the charger won't even start up if your batteries are low. Both batteries need to have at least 20-22 vdc.
3. Some chargers have a 3amp fuse check that and repace if needed.
4. With a multi meter set on dc200 check your batteries. Red on one battery and black on the other. Check to see what you get for voltage. If no voltage reverse the lead wire to the other posts. Once you get a reading of 20+ volts watch the meter and plug in the charger, it should increase the volts on the meter. if not the charger is bad, replace. Charger should be 24-31 volts to be a good charger.)
One of these sugestions will fix the problem
Good Luck
Tim

The batteries in my mother
If you have someone do a load test on her batteries I'm sure they will find one weak battery that does not stand up under the load. Make sure that the batteries are fully charged before they do the load test and if one or both of the batteries drop more than a volt and a half under load then they must be replaced Most batteries are under warranty for 6 months lets hope you made it under the wire. Now if Medicare paid for her chair then they will pay for a set of new batteries contact the provider where she got her chair for repair Hope this helps

WILL NOT CHARGE I HAVE
well if it won't charge then it could be the batteries are too low for the charger to pick up or the charger is not working. If you have a voltmeter set it on 200 vdcand plug it into the 2 outter holes of the charger port located under the front of the joystick. Without the charger plugged in you will read the battery voltage and it should read 25-27 volts fully charged Now plug in the charger and the meter will be reading the charge voltage and it shoud be 27-30 volts. If you are reading 27-30 volts with the charger plugged in then the charger is working Hope this helps you

Charges but only holds a
Wayne if you are getting a full charge and then only getting that little running time its time to replace the batteries. If Medicare paid for your chair then they will pay for most of the repair costs.. Contact the provider where you got your chair to ask about new batteries or you can get them yourself for about $200.00+ for both. You will need to get 2 U1 deep cycle batteries. Do not get unsealed or auto batteries for your chair get U1s Hope this helps

I BOUGHT A USED JAZZY
Locate the two wires from the circuit breaker attach one wire (black if marked) to the negative post of the rear battery and attach the other wire (red if marked) to the positive post of the front battery. Locate the two wires coming from the power module plug with a red and black wire. Attach the red wire to the rear battery positive post and the black wire to the front battery negative post. attach the joystick to the nine pin plug at the rear of the chair and turn it on. You should have power at the joystick and the chair should work. Disconnect the joystick put the shroud cover back on grease the seat post and reattach the seat then plug in the joystick and charger plug at the rear of the chair. Charge the batteries before use and charge them overnite for the next 20 days. If you use the chair daily charge your batteries everynite while you sleep unplug in the morning. If you don't use the chair daily charge at least once per week or after you use the chair. Always put the chair up fully charged if you are going to be out of the chair for an extended time the disconnect the batteries at the large plug going to the power module Hope this helps you

How do i connect the
with the battery cables vic seriously I'm gonna assume you have removed the seat and shroud cover over the batteries. Unplug the battery cables from the wiring harness and remove each battery remove the wiring harness from the battery and attach to the new batteries like they were to the old red on positive and black on negative and reinstall in the chair plug the joystick cable back into the chair turn on the chair to make sure you got it right unplug the joystick cable replace shroud and seat plug the joystick cable back in and you should be good to go. charge the batteries before use and then charge them nightly when you go to sleep and unplug in the morning if you use the chair daily charge everynight If you have to stop using it for a while always put it up fully charged and charge weekly Hope this helps you

One motor is heating up
Your going to have to take it in and get it serviced before you actually burn up the motor they will replace the belts for the drive and change out the brushes in the motor it is getting hot because the brushes are probably worn out and down to the metal. So get it serviced I know it is an expense however it will be more of an expense in a bigger way if you do not do this. Thanks for using FixYa! Post a vote for me. John
