Arrow T50P ARROW STAPLE GUN - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
Staples are stuck inside the stapler and will not come out
Typically you do not open these up.
Makes it difficult to remove stuck or wrong staples.
I have had good luck removing the staple ram rod and rapping firmly on the **** of the stapler against a wooden table. The idea is jolting the stuck staples into reverse out the way they went in. Tedious process but usually works. Removing the jammed staples in the nose at the striker plate requires using needle nose pliers and a sharp awl or small screw driver used on very small screws.
My T50 Arrow stapler is over 20 years old.
Still works great. Sometimes I slide in the wrong size staples by mistake. The process above usually works.
Good luck!
T50 elite wont staple
I just bought a T50 elite, and it will NOT staple too.
Simple 3/8" staples loaded and nothing comes out.
How to take apart
Use a knife or small screwdriver to remove the little lock rings on one side of the stapler. DO NOT lose them With the lock rings removed, push the pins toward the other side of the stapler and remove them. Now the internal mechanism can be removed through the bottom of the stapler after you remove the staple "pusher" from the rear.
That's about as far as you can take that stapler apart.
How do I load JT21
I was having the problems everyone listed... with the staples loading & firing... I guess the instructions are lousy .. should be ON THE PACKAGE to make it clear.. but.. on the stapler itself on the bottom.. it explains how to correctly load.. you don't put the staples on the piece that slides out.. you slide it out, load the staples in the open tunnel ..then slide the piece back.. that piece is the spring loader... since i finally figured it out ( by coincidence that I turned it over & noticed some faint words printed) - it works PERFECT every time! great little stapler... please fix your directions... seems to be a common misunderstanding!!!

tools are so inexpensive its typically a throw away harbor frieght or orchard supply or any other noteworthy hardware store should have a staple gun available for a decent price

If you have a jam or something, repost what the problem is.

I have an aroow electric
you have a staple stuck inside. Use a non folding dull knife(butter knife) and needle nose plyers to remove it.
I have a CHAN NEL
If the staple breaks loose in the strip the stapler will jamb up on you. It can happen on the very first try infact. Using the instruction sheet provided it will describe how go remove misaligned staples
My husband got staples stuck
Its not your husbands fault Truthfuly the gun is a peice of junk it was never made to last they start to rust on the inside and that bindes it all up you have broken springs honestly throw it in the trash and get a new one but spray WD 40 in it this will make it last longer
How to load staples?
-
-
1
Push in the push rod plate on
the back of the Arrow T50P and press down to unclip the push rod from
the gun. Pull the push rod out of the staple channel and away from the
staple gun.
-
2
Insert a strip of staples into the channel with the tips of the staples pointing toward the bottom of the staple gun.
-
3
Place the end of the push rod
into the staple channel of the gun. The end of the push rod has a small,
solid piece of metal that fits into the staple channel.
-
4
Press the rod all the way into the staple gun until the rod plate engages in the notch at the rear of the gun.
